Program Description

Event Details

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing awareness in the present moment. It is a life changing practice which will enhance your health, as well as,  how you view yourself and those around you. It reminds you of your innate potential and how to show up to your life.  Do you feel like you are missing out on the present moment? Are you easily distracted and caught up in the mayhem of daily responsibilities? This often leads to anxiety, stress, feeling unfocused and even a lack of self compassion. It is time to let go of the gnawing thoughts of the past that no longer serve you. Only in the NOW can you build upon the past and prepare for the future.
