"QPR stands for QUESTION, PERSUADE, and REFER-the 3 simple steps that anyone can learn to assist in saving a life from suicide. Individuals trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade and refer someone to help."

This training empowers each of us to become aware of the signs and signals of suicidal crisis, and how to effectively assist and save lives!
