Event Details

This is a WAITLIST for the Shindig Shuck Party program described below. You will be notified if you get into the program. 

Learn about oyster farming and how to shuck your own oysters with a hands-on shucking lesson. You will also learn about different flavor pairings (au natural, lemon, mignonette and homemade cocktail sauce). A suggested wine list for the perfect oyster/wine pairing will be provided; however, no alcohol will be provided at this program.

*Please note that if weather permits, we will hold this event outside in our Greenspace. Please dress accordingly. If there is inclement weather, we will hold this event downstairs in the library's meeting room.*
